Positive thoughts are like teflon, they don’t stick! We are hard wired to be attracted to negative thoughts that stick like velcro.

Our journey is about becoming who we already are.

Our brains latch onto negative thoughts more than anything. It’s a scientifically proven fact.

Negativity is like velcro. It latches onto everything. 96% of the things we worry about never come true. We’ve got to change our mindset.

Neuroscientists say there are ways that we can reprogram and rewire our brains called neuroplasticity. If we will choose not just daily but hourly to focus on the positive things we can change our very way of being. When we do that we are living into who we are created to be.

Neuroscientists say that if we will hold onto a positive thought or positive feeling for 15 sec. It will take effect and affect our neurons firing in our brain.
